Washington County White Pages Sheriff Records

The Washington County Sheriff's Office is the main law enforcement agency for the county. Sheriff Brian K. Albert has led the office since December 2022. The main office sits at 500 Western Maryland Parkway in Hagerstown. You can call 240-313-2100 for general questions. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though patrol runs around the clock.

The Records Division at the Sheriff's Office keeps arrest records, incident reports, and accident reports. Accident reports cost $5 each. You need to give the last name of a driver or person involved, the date, and the report number. These records are not on the web. You have to go in person or call the office to get them. Washington County does not have an online warrant database. If you need to check for active warrants, call the Warrant Task Force at 240-313-2192 or 240-313-2877.
